PEGS was established with the sole purpose of improving the quality of life of the poorest and reducing not only poverty but also all forms of social injustice, particularly socially disadvantaged groups such as for instance Scheduled Castes, women and children.

• We look from bottom up and top down to identify & examine all the possible variables which could be affecting particular issues; cultural, economic, political, technological, religious and social.
• We look further, wider and deeper to ensure our solution-based approach is easy to administer, ensures sustainable implementation and provides maximum impact.

• We carefully analyse the collected project specific research data; whatever necessary changes emerge we use the data as basis to design strategies to solve the identified problems. This may involve participatory commercial and/or social marketing
• We organise an appropriated monitoring system to assess the project progress

• We provide step by step action plans to ensure successful implementation
• We arrange an objective evaluation at the end of the project period

Our Services

We appreciate funding is difficult to come by & grants are almost impossible to obtain. Therefore, we offer our expert services at rates adjusted to what our clients can afford rather than charging the normal market rates.

PEGS is a registered charity in the UK and is also a registered NGO in Papua New Guinea
