is a young South Indian married woman who has a B.Sc in Chemistry, Zoology and Micro-biology and an M.Sc in Anthropology from Mysore University. She  is presently registered for her Ph. D. in Anthropology  and is keenly interested in Action-Research  that focuses on rural development..

She speaks fluently  English,  Kannada Hindi and Tamil and has IT experience relating to operating systems DOS & Windows and she has 

worked at the Aptech Computer Faculty for one year.                   

SHE HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING  PROJECTS:

1. She conducted a Demographic Primary Study of Brahmins and Banajigas of Chamarajanagar as partial fulfillment of her  M.Sc. in Anthropology.

2. She worked as Research assistant of Dr. T. Scarlett Epstein OBE, Director of PEGS  in  the update of  Dr. Epstein’s longitudinal Action-Research of Mangala and Kalenahalli villages that focused particularly on the impact of Globalization on  village societies..
