Fatou is a Psychosociologist with several years experience in NGOs plus private and public management. Her fields of intervention are the following:

Applied Research and Assessment: Qualitative research needs assessment, Opinion surveys in Africa. Informal sector market analysis in Africa. Livelihood strategies.

NGO Participatory Management, Participatory project monitoring and evaluation, review and evaluation of community-based projects. Post conflict project management in Africa.

Health education:  development of strategies using participatory and capacity building to strengthen knowledge and practices of community; approaches to addressing female circumcision; Participation of Elders in Development programmes.
