PEGS is sometimes on the lookout for people with useful skills who would be prepared to commit a little of their time to working for poor communities in different parts of the world.

What are useful skills?

These can basically be anything from artisanal to professional, academic and managerial skills. The only proviso is that the particular skills provided are needed and that you are prepared to use your skills to train others.

Where and when are the skills needed?

PEGS will periodically put notices in the news section of this web site concerning the requirements for volunteering and the terms and conditions that apply for each opportunity. But mainly we will contact persons registered with us as and when suitable opportunities arise. So please send your CV together with a letter explaining what you would like to do as soon as you can.
